Dee is President of the Yavapai County Contractor's Association, active in local animal rescue groups and with leadership programs for men and boys.

Rich Maltby joined Builders Choice-Carpet One in 2002 bringing more than 20 years of broad-based business and management experience. He entered the commercial building products business in Minneapolis, where he played a significant role in helping Vincent Brass & Aluminum Co. expand from a small local player into a national organization.
